#07 | june pop-up
This month we’re honoring the power of expression — on the mat and beyond. In a time when books are being challenged and silenced, we’re turning our focus toward liberation of movement, of thought, and of voice.
Our June donation-based classes will support the Nashville Public Library Foundation’s Banned Books Fund, a program that ensures access to diverse, inclusive stories for our entire community.
Join us for an evening of movement, breath, and connection on Thursday, June 26:
🌙 6:00-7:00 PM – Vinyasa w/ Alex
A dynamic, flowing practice to build strength, balance, and breath awareness.
🌙 7:30–8:30 PM – Flow & Restore w/ Bri
A calming blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative postures to release tension and restore balance.
💛 Pay What You Can (Suggested: $5–25)
