It was amazing to see new faces, returning friends, and open hearts coming together to breathe, move, and support a good cause. We are filled with gratitude for this community — thank you for sharing your practice with us.
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to donate $450 to Nashville Peacemakers, a local organization supporting at-risk youth with life skills, mentorship, and promoting peaceful choices.

7:30–8:30 PM – Flow & Restore w/ Bri
A calming blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative postures to release tension and restore balance.
