#09 | five months of showing up

We launched Alternative Balance Yoga in March with the mission of hosting community-focused, donation-based classes. We had no idea what would unfold.

Since launching, we’ve been blown away by the community that’s shown up, moved with us, and donated. Because of you, we hit our $2,000 donation goal during July’s pop-up (aka in only 5 months)!

In July, we donated $407 to The Frequency Center—a Nashville-based non-profit meditation, sound, and vibrational healing space. They host monthly soundbath meditations by donation. Registration is $33, and they offer community access codes for anyone who needs it—just reach out to them directly at thefrequencycenter@gmail.com.

What’s Next?

Our next pop-up is Saturday, August 23—our 6-month anniversary 🎉

This month, donations will go to Pawster, a non-profit that supports people during times of crisis by providing compassionate, temporary care for their pets.
